Equipment or Software Issue?
You can let any of the teachers or lab staff know if you are having an issue with our computers, software, printers, photo equipment, ect.
For issues with your email, student services, or password you can contact the help desk.

You can create a ticket for support. If you have issues with submitting a ticket, you can:
- Call the help desk: (502) 213-2358.
- Email the help desk at kctcsjeffcom@kctcs.edu letting them know about the issue.
If you can not log in to your school email, or need to reset your student account password, etc, visit: https://kctcs.edu/user or call the help desk.
