Equipment or Software Issue?

You can let any of the teachers or lab staff know if you are having an issue with our computers, software, printers, photo equipment, ect.

For issues with your email, student services, or password you can contact the help desk.

You can create a ticket for support. If you have issues with submitting a ticket you can:

  • Call the help desk: (502) 213-2358.
  • Email the help desk at [email protected] letting them know of the issue.
